What are the differences between the two Krumpld stores - Global and India?

Krumpld is a clothing brand that is bootstrapped in Kerala, India in 2022. We initially started out serving customers in India. Today, we have expanded our services to serve customers worldwide. However, we have maintained the Krumpld India Store as is. The Krumpld India Store is designed to accept and deliver orders only within India. We provide free delivery on all orders placed through the Krumpld India Store. 

The Global Krumpld Store accepts orders from customers across countries and continents on this planet. Please note that we do have an additional shipping charge in place for all orders placed through the Global Krumpld Store. 

What are the shipping timelines for the Krumpld store? 

Krumpld Store - India : All orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 7-9 days across India. 

Krumpld Store - Global: The delivery times can vary from 4 to 22 days depending on the location.

What payment methods and currencies do we support?

Global Krumpld Store:

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards or PayPal. Supported currencies include USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and AUD.

Krumpld Store - India:

We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets and Net Banking. Supported currencies include INR. We do not support Cash-on-delivery. 

What is the return/refund policy for the Krumpld Store? 

At Krumpld, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service. That's why we're here to let you know about our refund and return policy, so you can shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item because of the product fabric quality/damage, print quality/damage, or size issue, and any other reasons provided below. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to resolve it for you. 

Please note that for the Global Krumpld Store, Teespring is our chosen partner with whom we are working on the product printing and logistics. It is Teespring’s sole responsibility to assist the customers with all kinds of issue resolutions and support. If you’re not in love with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to work with you to find a solution.
